Dragon Age: Inquisition has a pretty weird hidden quest - report

Dragon Age: Inquisition apparently contains a pretty bananas hidden quest with unknown rewards.

Allegedly, if you go to an out of the way corner of the Emerald Graves and jump on a specific rock "about 50 times", you'll trigger a secret quest.

Kotaku was told second hand that a BioWare staffer leaked the quest and said that after completing it a chest will appear somewhere on the map with "very rare" items in it.

I haven't tried this yet, and the whole thing seems kind of nuts - who's going to randomly jump on a rock 50 times? How did BioWare expect someone to find this?

When I dig my copy of Inquisition out of the moving cartons I'll check it out for myself, but in the meantime, here's a video apparently showing it off. Could be a clever hoax, I suppose, and the fact that nobody's been able to find the chest pay off doesn't fill me with confidence.

On the other hand, the news apparently came via Unseen64, which has leaked some great, verified stuff in the past - and just recently did quite a lengthy report on Shadow Realms, so may very well have a BioWare contact.

On the other hand, if I were a BioWare staffer annoyed by the Shadow Realms leaks and speculation, I'd find the idea of making gamers jump on random rocks pretty funny.
