SOMA approaching beta phase on PC and PS4

SOMA, the new horror game from the Amnesia: The Dark Descent crew, is getting close to playable.
Frictional Games has apologised for its recent silence over the project, but said it's focused on reaching beta.
Responding to a question, Frictional said it will be beta testing on PC and PS4. It's not clear if there will be a public beta test, though.
The developer also gave us a new screenshot to admire while we wait.
SOMA is expected later this year.
