Twitch will host its first convention, TwitchCon, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco this fall.

The convention is dedicated the streaming platform’s community of “partners, broadcasters, and viewers.”

Members of the Twitch community and attendees will have the chance to chat and hang out with one another, and some of the more popular broadcasters will host live content during the convention.

“Twitch broadcasters have the most passionate fans, so we want to create an amazing experience where they can come together in person,” said Twitch CEO Emmett Shear.

“TwitchCon will be an opportunity for the entire community – broadcasters, game developers, viewers, and us – to play and learn together.”

The event is being co-produced by Twitch and ReedPOP, which produces pop culture events.

More details such as scheduling, a call for content and more will be provided in the coming months.

TwitchCon takes place September 25-26.
