First dedicated UK eSports arena opens in March

Gfinity has announced a new London-based 500-person arena for eSports will open in March.

The eSports organizer said the venue will host 30 events with a $500,000 prize pool to be handed out over the year.

Six titles confirmed for 2015 are: Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, CS:GO, StarCraft 2, FIFA, HearthStone and Halo.

The area will be part of the Vue Fulham Broadway multiplex.
