Quite a lot of Mortal Kombat X news have been doing the rounds over the past few days, and not all of it is good.

Mortal Kombat creator Ed Boon confirmed that there will be no pre-release demo for Mortal Kombat X. The reason, according to producer Shaun Himmerick, is due to the limited development time, which Himmerick says was used to make the final version better.

Mortal Kombat X' community specialist Tyler Lansdown said to expect another live-stream soon. Before the month is over, we will also be getting a new trailer and the next character reveal, which is rumour to be Mileena.

As for Faction Wars, the game's competitive ladder system, you will not get back your XP if you leave your faction and then return to it later during the faction war.

Thanks, MP1st.
