Bossa Studios has announced Surgeon Simulator has sold over 2 million units.
To celebrate, the team has put both the iOS and Steam versions on sale.
Over on Steam, you can take 75% off for the next 24 hours, and for the next week, 50% off on the App Store.
Surgeon Simulator was releases in April 2013.
