Free Evolve: Hunters Quest launches for smartphones, tablets

A free companion app for Evolve has been released on smartphones and tablets titled Evolve: Hunters Quest.

Developed by 2K studio Cat Daddy Games, Evolve: Hunters Quest is a match three puzzle-combat game with over 100 missions set in the Evolve universe.

Players join a team of Hunters on the planet Shear to find unique wildlife and Monsters.

Match three tokens of the same color to perform attacks on enemies, and be sure to fill up energy bars to activate special abilities. Players can also earn Mastery Points to level up characters.

The mobile game also links directly into the main game and allows users to apply earned Mastery Points to characters in the Evolve game on any platform.

Evolve: Hunters Quest is now available for download on select smartphone and tablets from the App Store, Windows Store, Windows Phones Store, Google Play Store and Amazon Appstore.

Evolve launches on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on February 10.
