No more warnings for Path of Exile cheaters

Path of Exile developer Grinding Gear Games has issued a final warning to cheaters.

3,912 Path of Exile players received a warning screen on their first log in after the latest patch.

An announcement on the indie RPG's forums confirms that this is the very last time players using cheating software will be warned; from now on, they'll be immediately banned.

"All incidents that didn't result in bans before this post have been treated as warnings, but from this point forward we will close accounts that run cheating software," the developer said.

You are still allowed to use single-action hotkeys and tools that don't require the client to be running.

Grinding Gear said that it will soon be addressing quality of life concerns, so that excuse won't hold water for those using software tools.
