Splash Damage discusses returning to its PC roots with Dirty Bomb - video

Splash Damage has surfaced with more information on Dirty Bomb, its asymmetrical online shooter, through a new video called "Know Your Heritage".

In the video, the studio discusses its PC shooter heritage, and how its history influenced Dirty Bomb.

The features 5v5 or 8v8 multiplayer across various modes such as Objective, Stop-Watch and more.

Dirty Bomb will be free-to-play as well as "free to win" which means you don't have to spend money if you don't want to in order to enjoy the competitive multiplayer game.

First announced in 2012, Splash Damage changed the title to Extraction back in August 2013. The title was changed back to Dirty Bomb in May 2014.

The PC-exclusive shooter will arrive sometime in 2015.
