Here's the official trailer for Halo: Nightfall, HaloFest livestream announced

Ready for a load of Halo-related news? You're in luck then, because Microsoft and 343 Industries have tons of Halo goodness planned for you next month.

Next month on November 10, Halo fans will be able to watch a HaloFest livestream from the Avalon Theatre in Los Angeles which will feature all sorts of Halo goodness culminating just ahead of Halo: The Master Chief Collection's launch.

The following day sees not only the release of the collection but Halo: Nightfall. In the days prior, sneak peeks will be broadcast along with interviews and gameplay footage through Xbox Live, Xbox.com and Twitch.

This will also include the first look at the Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer beta and the "world premiere" of the first episode of Halo: Nightfall.

From November 8-9, a Halo: The Master Chief Collection Launch Invitational, presented by ESL, will feature 32 of "the biggest names in eSports" vying for $50,000 in prizes by competing in Halo 2: Anniversary multiplayer matches. The competition takes place at ESL’s Southern California headquarters, and all coverage will be streamed at Twitch.tv/Halo.
