Capcom Cup 2014 takes place in San Francisco this December

On Saturday, December 13, 16 of the world's best Street Fighter players will take the stage at the Warfield Theater in San Francisco for Capcom Cup 2014.

Participants will be vying for over $50,000 along with the title of Ultra Street Fighter 4 World Champion.

Alongside the tournament, attendees can participate in various Street Fighter activities, shop at various booths, gawk at cosplayers, and get Yoshinori Ono's autograph. Ono will also be making some announcements, according to the Capcom Unity blog.

The Megas will also be performing Street Fighter songs throughout the show.

A new VIP program which is limited to 300 tickets will provide holders a premium seat on tournament floor, a bag of goodies filled with a Capcom Cup t-shirt, a program book, and other swag. Not only that, but your VIP ticket also grants entrance to the afterparty at the Folsom Street Foundry.

The afterparty includes an open bar with "Street Fighter inspired drinks", games, and other activities.
