Forza 5 is free for all Xbox Live Gold members on Xbox One this weekend

Here's some more racing game news for you today in case you haven't had enough: all Xbox Live Gold members can play Forza Motorsport 5 on Xbox One for free this weekend.

Starting at 12.01am PDT/3.01am EDT tomorrow, September 4.

There's more to it than just speeding around the track, though. You will also be able to participate in the Grand Tour of Prague multiclass endurance in-game race event.

Drive at least 130 miles and you will earn both a new title and badge for your Forza Motorsport 5 profile.

Should you decide to purchase the game after the weekend is over, you can keep your accumulated Gamerscore and Achievements.

There's a contest for US residents as well: a paid trip to the three-day Forza Motorsport Grand Prix Road Racing Class at the Bondurant School of High Performance Driving in Arizona.
