Lindsey Stirling is on the Fantasia: Music Evolved soundtrack

Lindsey Stirling, otherwise known as the Internet's favourite gaming violinist, teams up with famed composer Inon Zur on the Fantasia: Music Evolved soundtrack.

Fantasia: Music Evolved developer Harmonix revealed the game's full set list at PAX Prime this weekend. You can check it out below, finding a blend of classical music familiar to fans of the original Fantasia and pop hits, both classic and modern; the list of contributing pop artists ranges from Queen to Nicki Minaj.

The most surprising inclusion is a track called Scout's Theme, penned by Inon Zur, whom you may remember from such scores as Dragon Age, Icewind Dale 2, Fallout - and, like, a gazillion more. The original song tells the story of Fantasia: Music Evolved's protagonist, Scout, and features Lindsey Stirling.

Oh, who's that? You may remember her from such videos as "Epic Violinist does Skyrim":

You get the idea. These videos probably have real names but I consider mine pretty accurate pieces of nomenclature.

Anyway! Fantasia: Music Evolved releases for Xbox One and Kinect on October 21. It has players exploring and interacting with a musical world, their actions remixing the music around them as they navigate obstacles and meet other challenges. You'd better take a look at some footage.
