A few of these Bloodborne enemies sound formidably hideous

Earlier this week, Pat provided you with an in-depth report on Bloodborne and its Regain system. Now, From Software has touched upon it and some of the NPCs through its revamped Japanese website.

The site also lists some of the characters you will encounter in the game along with more information on weapons and various areas you will venture to in-game.

All the information below was translated by Gematsu.

Regain System: As noted in Pat's report, if a player manages to take a hit and receive damage from an enemy, should they strike back within a certain time period they will regain some their health back.

Weapons: Some of the weapons at the player's disposal include a saw, the Hunter’s Axe and the Hunter’s Rifle.

Areas: Two of the various districts in the game include the Cathedral District and Hemwick Cemetery District.

Major Character: Hunter Gascoigne is one of the characters players encounter in the game; there's also the Malformed Beast; and the Clergy Beast

Other Characters: There's the Hunting Horde which is mob of people ravaged by disease; a Wheelchair Horde who are elderly people confined to wheelchairs; and the Carrion Crows which are people who eat meat off human corpses.

The post on Gematsu goes into greater detail, so head over to it as I didn't want to post all applicable information here - just in-case you wanted to remain unsullied.

Bloodborne is slated for a March 2015 release only on PlayStation 4.
