Some dude just completed Fallout 3 in 24 minutes

Fallout 3 is the latest game to get the speed-run treatment. YouTube user BubblesDelFuego has finished the game in under 24 minutes, beating his previous time, which was just over 24 minutes.

Obviously there are various tactics at play here, some of them are well-documented glitches, like clipping through objects and skipping the dialogue. Though the feat is impressive nonetheless.
