US PS Store update, May 6 - Sportsfriends, Bound by Flame, MLB: The Show 14 PS4, TLoU DLC

There's so much in this week's North American PlayStation Store update I don't even know where to begin summarising it. You'd better have a look instead.

sportsfriends

This week, the most exciting thing for me personally is pre-orders for Transistor have opened on PS4. This is Supergiant’s second major release after Bastion, and looks lovely.

There are a number of PS4 games you can actually have, though. MLB: The Show 14 is finally out, as is fantasy RPG Bound by Flame, wonderful local multiplayer collection Sportsfriends, Stick it to the Man and Titan Attacks.

Bound by Flame, Sportsfriends and Titan Attacks are also available on PS3, as are Hakuoki: Stories of the Shinsengumi and F1 Race Stars All-In-Pack.

On Vita, pick up Football Manager Classic 2014, Broken Sword 5: the Serpent’s Curse, the God of War Collection, Mahjong Royal Towers and Mahjong World Content Bundle and Titan Attacks.

Finally, Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne is this week’s surprise Atlus release.

PS Plus members receive a free copy of Stick it to the Man and PES 2014 this week, as well as various discounts.

It’s definitely worth going to check out the sales and discounts section, actually, as there are quite a lot of savings on offer this week.

Now to DLC, where you’ll find new content for Atelier Escha & Logy Alchemists of the Dusk Sky, Atelier Meruru Plus: The Apprentice of Arland, Conception 2: Children of the Seven Stars, DC Universe Online, Dustforce, Hakuoki: Stories of the Shinsengumi, Just Dance 2014, Outlast, Ragnarok Odyssey Ace, Rocksmith 2014, Sound Shapes and The Last of Us.
