Renegade Kid is working on a an experimental 2D platfomer for the Nintendo 3DS, according to studio co-founder Jools Watsham.

Watsham Tweeted following the failure of the Kickstarter campaign of Cult Country, saying, “As part of our healing process after the KS failure, we’re developing a new experimental 2D game for 3DS. It has pixels and stuff. No cults.”

He then added that they’are going to be self-publishing this one.

Watsham also later tweeted that we are going to hear more news about Moon Chronicles this week.
