Watch Dogs Wii U dev team now "fully focused" on port

Watch Dogs creative director Jonathan Morin has said the team behind the Wii U version has been busy with other things, but has now turned its full attention to the delayed port.

The Wii U version of Watch Dogs is being developed at Ubisoft Romania. Speaking with Red Bull, Morin said the Romanian team has been distracted by other tasks.

"We wanted to finish all the platforms that we are currently shipping. We needed those guys to get [the shipping versions] finished," he said.

Happily, "right now" the port is under development again.

"The good news now is that they're all fully focused on the Wii U version, making sure it gets the attention it deserves to make it the best version it can be," Morin added.

Watch Dogs hits PC, PlayStation 3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on May 27. The Wii U version has not been dated. There's going to be a season pass, with DLC starring T-Bone, of all things.
