Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures 2 headed to 3DS, PS3, Wii U and Xbox 360

Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures 2 is the second major release in Namco Bandai's transmedia revival of the iconic yellow ghost hunter.

The publisher will release the new title in the Americas on 3DS, PS3, Wii U and Xbox 360, sometime this year.

Set in the universe of the Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures animated series, the game has Pac, Spiral and Cylindria defending PacWorld from Lord Betrayus.

Environments include Pacopolis, the Netherworld, oceans and even space. By eating various kinds of power berry, Pac can transform into a number of versions of himself, each with different powers. As well as returning forms Fire Pac and Ice Pac, there'll be new transformations like PacZilla. He can also use vehicles like the Lemon Rocket and Pacerchini.

On-rails levels allow the player to take control of Cylindria and Spiral, and the pair will help Pac out in troubled moments.
