Battle Princess of Arcadias heading west this year

Battle Princess of Arcadias is a gorgeous 2D side-scroller from Nippon Ichi last seen releasing in Japan in July. NIS America has vowed to being it west.

Gematsu reports the western arm of the Japanese developer confirmed the PS3 title will release via the PlayStation Network in North America and Europe.

Localisation will be expedited because NIS isn't doing a dub; there'll be subtitles over Japanese audio.

The kingdom of Schwert was once peaceful and beautiful. But now it’s been overrun by monsters, and as the Battle Princess Plume, it’s up to you to set things right in this colorful, highspeed action RPG!
