Lords of the Fallen gets seven minutes of gameplay footage

Lords of the Fallen, the new game from Witcher 2 lead Tomasz Gop, has finally been shown in action; take a look at the dark RPG's combat plus a little bit of exploration.

The game has been shown to press and at various events, but we haven't seen any video capture of it in the wild before now. Below is a seven minute playable demo of the Old Monastery area narrated by Gop.

What is Lords of the Fallen? As you'll hear in the video it's a little bit like Darksiders, The Legend of Zelda, or a more arcade-y Dark Souls. "Like all the best games you've played before," Gop once said.

Dave had a good long chat with Gop about Lords of the Fallen, and we've had a couple of small batches of screens. The RPG arrives on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One sometime this year.
