Invizimals: two games announced for PS3 & PS Vita, first details revealed

Invizimals: The Alliance and Invizimals: The Lost Kingdoms have been announced for PS3 and PS Vita for launch this year across North America.

Over on PS Blog US, Sony first detailed Invizimals: The Alliance, which is coming to PS Vita. In series tradition the game sees players hunting, capturing and battling creatures while trying to defeat the robot army of Xtractor Industries.

Using the PS Vita camera, the game includes marker-less AR functions, touch features and a four-player battle mode.

Next; Invizimals: The Lost Kingdom is coming to PS3. It stars Hiro as he enters the Invizimal's world and using his Z-com device, he can turn into one of 16 creatures and adventure across a full 3D world. The story also syncs with Invizimals: The Alliance on PS Vita, and engage in four-player battles across both formats using cross play.
