BT Infinity customers in the UK are experiencing issues connecting to Ubisoft's Uplay service. You can look over the numerous complaints posted through a Ubisoft forum thread here. Ubisoft has told Eurogamer it is aware of the issue and looking into it, while BT Infinity could not be reached for comment.
