Steam in-home streaming beta now open to non-Steam games

Participants in Steam's in-home streaming beta can now stream non-Steam titles, according to the latest update from Valve.

The update was also applied to to Windows firewall rules to allow said streaming and the firm fixed launching issued experienced with the streaming client on Windows XP.

Steam Controller configurations have been edited via the streaming overlay and remote gamepad support as been added for Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, Skullgirls, and SEGA Bass Fishing.

The firm added VR options to the beta last week, and a few fixes were noted for it as well.
