Nosgoth inviting more players into testing phase as trial moves into closed beta

Nosgoth publisher Square Enix has confirmed it will begin inviting new players into the multiplayer test, as it moves from closed alpha to closed beta.

It follows this recent Nosgoth trailer, which shows off some competitive alpha play.

Speaking with Polygon, Square stated that it expected, "to be ready to move on to the next stage of game development very soon," and that new features and content will be implemented into the second wave of tests.

New invites will be mailed out to players later this month, as the game moves to closed beta. An attached statement from Square reads, "Unfortunately, we've had to limit the number of players during closed alpha to be able to test the game's network infrastructure, but this will change soon once we get into closed beta and start letting more players in."
