Terraria out now on PS Vita, cross-play with PS3 active

Publisher 505 Games has released platform sandbox game Terraria on PS Vita.

You can download Terraria on PS Vita via the PlayStation Store, priced £11.99. In a press release sent to VG247 today, 505 Games confirmed that the game will support cross-play with PS3 so that players can collaborate in crafting, exploration and combat across systems.

The Vita edition comes with new touch-control support, multiplayer for eight players and elements of Terraria's 1.2 update that includes over a dozen new items & recipes, two new armour sets, 20 NPC types including eight Zombie enemies and six versions of Demon Eyes to slay.
