LEGO The Hobbit listed for multi-platforms in 2014 - rumor

LEGO The Hobbit may soon be a thing, if an image posted on AGB is accurate. We're unsure where the scan came from, but a quick Google Image search brought us to the Animato Studios blog where the same picture is shown. The site notes the image appeared in the back of an instruction manual - we're assuming it was in a LEGO set of some sort. We'll send Warner an email and ask. Still, note the rumor tag for the time being.
