Shadowgate revival now active on Steam Greenlight

Shadowgate is the rebirth of Dave Marsh and Karl Roelofs' 1987 adventure title, and it's now accepting votes on Steam Greenlight. The original creators are back with a hand in its development, which should come as comforting to fans of the original.

It's being developed for Mac and PC by Zojoi and you can hit up the Shadowgate Steam Greenlight page through the link.

The original game saw players travelling a fantasy realm to defeat a Warlock Lord inside Castle Shadowgate. Like its predecessor, this new version is also a point-and-click game with various puzzles and battles spread across over 100 rooms. There's a new UI system, lavish cut-scenes, a full orchestral score and the original 8-bit NES soundtrack for those who picked up the Nintendo version back in the day.
