Wonderbook expands into dinosaurs investigating Harry Potter's potions on Nov. 12

Remember Wonderbook? If perchance its previous Book of Spells reminded you that you're young at heart, there's three more Wonderbooks on the way, including another Harry Potter: Book of Potions. Alongside the recipe book, there will also be a Wonderbook version of the BBC Documentary Walking with Dinosaurs and a kids detective story called Diggs Nightcrawler which was announced sometime last year and then disappeared mysteriously into Europe.

Book of Potions is being at least partially written by J.K Rowling, who has devised a new character for the game, so it presumably should read pretty well with kids.

Walking with dinosaurs apparently casts you as an archeologist unearthing bones and such. Makes sense. Not many dinosaur games recently, aside from Multiplayer only offerings which don't seem to have caught on.

Diggs Nightcrawler, the detective story involving a bunch of fairy tales in a way not entirely dissimilar to DC Comic's Fables while at the same time being entirely dissimilar to Fables has actually been available in Europe since the middle of May. Exactly what took Sony so long to bring the game across the Atlantic is unclear at this point, although the delay did leave Book of Spells as the only title supporting the peripheral for almost a year now in North America, which must have put some parents in an uncomfortable position.

If you or your kids enjoyed the first one though, look out for these new Wonderbooks on November 12.

Thanks, Joystiq.
