Hotline Miami free for PS Plus members in the US

The neon-drenched, ludicrously violent Hotline Miami is the latest edition to the PS Plus Instant Game Collection. It'll be free to all subscribers in the US on both PS Vita and PS3 from tomorrow (Oct. 22). There's also a whole bunch of PSN discounts.

The news has been posted on the US PlayStation Blog. Hotline Miami usually costs $9.99. It takes the place of platformer Rayman Origins as a free Vita game via PS Plus.

Also in the post are all the discounts involved with Sony's horror Sale of the Dead, which includes savings on all episodes of Telltale's The Walking Dead and Naughty Dog's The Last of Us.

We're not sure yet if Hotline Miami will also be going free in Europe. We'll let you know as soon as possible.
