Ethan: Meteor Hunter set for October launch as PC pre-orders open, new trailer inside

Ethan: Meteor Hunter developer Seaven Studio has confirmed an October launch for its indie platform puzzler. Pre-order incentives are now live for the PC build, along with a new website, wallpapers and a brand-new time attack trailer. Check out the details here.

In a press release sent to VG247, Seaven Studio confirmed the October launch on PS3 and PC, and directed us to the game's new website here.

The game is currently on Steam Greenlight and Seaven has launched a number of pre-order incentives to grease those wheels a little. Here's a break-down of the tiers:

  • Classic Edition $9.90 = game DRM free (Windows version) of Ethan + Mac/Linux versions when released in 2014 + Steam Key if we get greenlit (upvote here http://www.seaven-studio.com/greenlight )
  • Deluxe Edition $14.90 = Classic Edition + soundtrack + games guide + artbook
  • Early Adopter $19.90 = Deluxe Edition available 5 days before release date!
  • Supporter Edition $29.90 = Early Adopter + a huge special thanks for support in the credits of the game on the PC version!

The PS3 edition will be around $9.90 at launch.

We'll update with a solid release day soon. What do you think of the game so far?
