Final Fantasy: Agito "will definitely be localised", says Square

Final Fantasy: Agito has recently been trademarked for Europe and North America, suggesting that the game is coming to western shores. This is the case, according to Square's Hajime Tabata.

Speaking with USGamer at Tokyo Games Show, Tabata simpy said, the game, "will definitely be localised."

However, Square told the site that localisation doesn't necessarily mean the game will reach Western markets, as Final Fantasy: Type-0 was also localised for PSP, but never released in other territories.

Tabata added that he sees Agito and Type-0 as companion titles, so hopes to bring Type-0 to PSN in due course to coincide with the possible release of Agito. He added that while Agito's localisation has not begun, that it's "definitely in the final stages of planning".
