Pokémon "special announcement" coming Monday

The Pokémon Company is teasing a “special announcement" for Monday, September 16 at 8am PDT/11am EDT. The announcement of an announcement was posted to Twitter, and picked up by Siliconera. At least this gives you something to look forward to on Monday as you get up early, make yourself presentable, and have to deal with traffic on your way to the start of another week of work. We've no idea what the "surprise" could be - but there's a lot of new stuff going in Pokémon X and Pokémon Y so there's no telling, really. We'll be sure to let you know what it is once we hear something ourselves.
