Terraria is now on Android, costs $5

The "workable" iOS version of Terraria has made its way over to Android, with a free demo version that contains a $5 unlock for the full version. The mobile version of Terraria has come under criticism for its awkward virtual d-pad. The game does have an Android exclusive pet and achievements though, if you're into that kind of thing. The full game is 38mb big and only requires Android 2.3 or higher.

This version does not seem to include the contents of the game's upcoming 1.2 update, which was announced to arrive on October 1. But the PC version doesn't have achievements. Life is a series of tradeoffs.
