Football Manager 2014 will be released in October, video blog talks you through new tech features

Football Manager 2014 will be released in October, Sports Interactive and SEGA have announced. A new video was also sent over.

New features included in this iteration include zoom in/zoom out, an improved YouTube export feature, Retina support, Mac full screen mode, cloud saving, Steam Workshop, and Cross-Save with PS Vita.

Football Manager Classic players will be able to continue a single career across the three computer platforms, but on their Vita as well - although they will also have to own the PS Vita version of FM 2014 to do this.

Those who pre-order their copy of FM 2014 from a participating retailer or through digital download will also be given access to the beta to be made available roughly two weeks prior to the official release date. Careers started in the beta version will continue in the full game.

Football Manager 2014 will release for PC, Mac and Linux on October 31.
