Deadly Premonition gets PC release date

Thanks to a rapid and popular Greenlight campaign, Hitedaka Suehiro's cult-favourite supernatural adventure Deadly Premonition will arrive on Steam before the end of the year.

Rising Star confirmed the port in July, but only popped a release date on it this week. According to the shiny new Steam app page, we can expect it on November 1. A price has not been set at this point.

Like the PS3 release, this version is a Director's Cut of the one-time Xbox 360 exclusive, and as such includes a new story episode; enhanced HD graphics with new textures; better controls; and other new content.

However, the PC release also has its own exclusive add-on content, as well as all the usual bells and whistles - trading cards and achievements.

Deadly Premonition was passed through Steam Greenlight within a week of its announce.
