Rayman Legends Vita delayed to September, launch trailer released

Rayman Legends has slipped on PS Vita, Ubisoft has confirmed.

The critically-acclaimed platformer is out now in North America on PC, PlayStation 3, Wii U and Xbox 360. It drops in Europe August 30.

However, the PS Vita edition will slip to September 13. In a statement to PocketGamer, a Ubisoft rep explained that the delay was actioned "in order to apply the final level of polish gamers expect from a Rayman game".

The Vita edition will, however, benefit from five extra maps, two bonus costumes and bespoke touch controls.
