Dead Rising 3 allows you to craft vehicles like weapons

You may have noticed a bunch of vehicles in the Dead Rising 3 screenshots Microsoft released at gamescom 2013. According to reports out of the show, players will be able to customise their rides just like weapons.

IGN reports players will need to find a blueprint and at least two components to craft new combo vehicles - just like the weapon crafting system. Once crafted once, the vehicle can be spawned at any garage, although cooldown timers apply. All combo vehicles have two seats and a secondary attack, so that co-op buddies can join the fun.

Examples given include the RollerHawg - a combination motorcycle and steam roller, with spikes and flamethrowers, as seen in the latest trailer, and the Junk Car, which fires gas canisters and can be set to self destruct.

Dead Rising 3 is an Xbox One exclusive launching alongside the console in November.
