Mighty Switch Force 2 coming to Wii U eventually

Wayforward Studios has confirmed that 3DS title Mighty Switch Force 2 is on the way to the Wii U, but not immediately.
The developer told NintendoEverything that the Wii U version is "kind of a backburner project right now".
That said, Wayforward hopes to make an announcement sometime over the next few weeks.
Mighty Switch Force 2 released on the 3DS eShop in June. The Wii U version was outed by an age rating last month.
The original Mighty Switch Force also made the jump from 3DS to Wii U.
