God of War: Ascension multiplayer co-op weapons detailed, trailer inside

God of War: Ascension developer Sony Santa Monica Studio has released a trailer for the game's new multiplayer weapon drop, along with details on how they can give you an edge in battle. The new content is out now.

Over on PS Blog US, the studio discussed the content drop and confirmed over 10 new co-op moves using the weapons.

The weapons are:

  • Spear of Achilles
  • Hammer of Odysseus
  • Sword of Orion
  • Sword of Perseus

The weapons require two players to work together in order to unleash brutal team attacks. It's an interesting way of influencing teamwork online. What do you think?
