Might & Magic: Duel of Champions Road to Paris global tourney announced

Ubisoft will fly eight gamers from around the world to Paris to battle for the title of Might & Magic: Duel of Champions Grand Champion.

The publisher is hosting a series of qualifiers for the iPad and PC card battler over the next few months.

Of the eight available championship slots, two will be available via online qualifiers, three though European events, one at the end of a US series of events, one at PAX Australia, and one last chance wild card draw.

The qualifying events are as follows:

  • PAX Australia in Melbourne, July 19-20
  • GenCon in Indianapolis, August 15-18
  • Gamescom in Cologne, August 22-25
  • Fan Expo in Toronto, August 22-25
  • Eurogamer in London, September 26-29
  • Paris Games Week in Paris, October 30- November 3

Getting involved is pretty easy; just register for the online qualifiers or rock up to the appropriate event.
