Nintendo downloads Europe: Animal Crossing & Sega Game Gear classics lead the week
Nintendo has published its weekly list of new games hitting the Wii U and 3DS digital eShop. Animal Crossing: New Leaf and a string of old-school Sega Game Gear classics lead this week's offering.
3DS
First up, charming sandbox title Animal Crossing: New Leaf will launch at midnight on June 14 at €39.99 / £34.99, and promises to be both addictive and rather lovely indeed.
Sega dominates the 3DS Virtual Console this week with a barrage of Sega Game Gear titles starting with Sonic the Hedgehog at €4.99 / £4.49, followed by Dr Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine at €2.99 / £2.69, Shining Force: The Sword of Hajya at €3.99 / £3.59, and finally, puzzle-tastic gem stacker Columns at €3.99 / £3.59.
Other 3DS releases include Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns at €29.99 / £24.99, 4 Elements at €12.00 / £10.79, Luxor at €11.99 / £10.79, and PETZ Fantasy 3D at €19.99 / £17.99.
Wii U
Following a series of classic Nintendo games priced at just 30p, NES puzzler Mario & Yoshi can be yours for just €0.30 / £0.30 from June 13.
Wii
Finally, the original Wii receives yet another NeoGeo game, this time The Path of the Warrior Art of Fighting 3 at 900 Nintendo Points.
