Ride to Hell: Retribution Steam pre-orders begin, Cook's Mad Recipe DLC bundled

Ride to Hell: Retribution pre-orders have gone live on Steam and early buyers will receive the game's first DLC pack Cook's Mad Recipe for free.
The announcement was made over on the Steam blog, and pre-orders will cost either $39.99 or £34.99.
The Cook's Mad Recipe DLC is said to add an extra hour of gameplay, a new sniper rifle as well as a bonus boss fight. It follows military veteran and general psychopath Cook as he threatens America with a nuclear bomb. Players must break into an underground army bunker and stop him.
It all sounds a bit nuts doesn't it?
