DJ Hero dev hiring IPTV producer for new multi-platform games

DJ Hero developer Freestyle Games is currently hiring for an IPTV producer to help the studio create projects for multiple formats, which may include browser and mobile.

The producer role descriptor was posted over on the studio's LinkedIn hub, and reads, "An experienced Producer is required to take responsibility for leading the development of new multi-platform games with specific emphasis on online infrastructure-heavy video applications," and lists, "An experienced Producer is required to take responsibility for leading the development of new multi-platform games with specific emphasis on online infrastructure-heavy video applications," as one of the key requirements.

Given the role's emphasis on IPTV, the post could point to the team's interest in set-top box development, or even something connected to Microsoft's new TV strategy. We could even find out what it is during tomorrow night's Xbox 720 reveal.

Either way it's an interesting one, given the rise of transmedia and TV-related game IP at present.
