Final Fantasy 13-2 'Digital Contents Edition' and 'Ultimate Hits' announced for Japan

Final Fantasy 13-2 developer Square-Enix will launch two DLC-heavy versions of its RPG across Japan on July 18.

Gematsu reports that the 'Digital Contents Edition' will cost ¥5,040 and will come bundled with the following DLC:

Colosseum Opponents
Omega
Lightning and Lieutenant Amodar
Jihl Nabaat
Ultros and Typhon
Gilgamesh
PuPu

Costumes
Sera: Summoner’s Garb
Sera: Beachwear
Sera: White Mage
Noel: Battle Attire
Noel: Spacetime Guardian
Noel: Black Mage
Mog: A Wondrous Wardrobe Costume Pack

Weapons
Sera: Genji Bow
Noel: Catastrophe Blade
Noel: Muramasa

Episodes
Sazh: Heads or Tails?
Lightning: Requiem of the Goddess
Snow: Perpetual Battlefield

Meanwhile, the 'Ultimate Hits' edition will cost ¥2,940 and comes with a smaller selection of DLC. Players will be able to access the 'Ultimate Hits' content early as a digital download from July 16. It'll cost ¥2,940 yen on PSN and 2,000 Microsoft Points via Xbox LIVE.

If you already own Final Fantasy 13-2 on disc but still want all of the DLC in one big bundle, there will also be an "Additional Content Selection" download available via PSN for ¥2,100 or 1,360 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE.
