At the time of writing the Road Redemption Kickstarter has made $100,206 of its $160,000 goal with 9 days spare.

On the addition of DarkSeas' $175,000 XBLA stretch goal, the team added, "While we were initially hesitant to announce an Xbox 360 port because of Durango uncertainty, the 77 million Xbox 360s in circulation make this an easy choice.

"Furthermore, the rumored Xbox 360 mini, and probable backward compatibility of the Durango (via an extra chip on the motherboard), should give the platform a life far into the future.

"Our team has more collective Xbox 360 development experience than any other console, and we're all very excited to port Road Redemption to Xbox Live Arcade."
