Batman: Arkham Origins studio posts job ad for next-gen action games

Batman: Arkham Origins could be getting the next-gen port treatment. That's the rumour flying around this morning after developer Warner Bros. Montreal posted a job ad calling for a new creative director who is also an "expert in next-generation AAA action/adventure games".

You can find the job ad here. It states that the company is looking for a, "Creative director to work with its game development team.

"This team will be responsible for expanding the DC Comics universe in the interactive space. The Creative Director leads a project’s core team to develop and hone the overall vision of the game in terms of design, aesthetic, and control elements".

Again, the requirements call for an "Expert in next-generation AAA action/adventure games," suggesting that either Batman: Arkham Origins is getting a next-gen port, or another DC character is getting the game treatment.

Isn't Man of Steel out this summer? Could Superman be next on the adaptation block?

What do you think? Meanwhile, check out these Christmassy Batman: Arkham Origins screens ahead of the game's October 25 release.
