Warhammer Dawn of War: "strong possibility" of new game, says Relic

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War may make a come back at some point, according to developer Relic Entertainment. The team is currently polishing off Company of Heroes 2, then who knows what might come next?

Speaking with Eurogamer, Relic's Quinn Duffy suggested that both Warhammer and the studio wil ride again, stating that there is, “a strong possibility we’ll all be working together again on Dawn of War.”

It's unclear how the licensing rights stack up, given Relic's sale to Sega after the first THQ auction, but this seems to suggest that both parties are keen on keeping the Dawn of War series alive.

PC Gamer adds that before THQ's collapse, president Danny Bilson confirmed that Dawn of War 3 was in the workds, and that it would be “a much larger strategic component”, as well as "sort of MMO-like.”

What do you think? Should this happen? If so, what form would you like it to take? Let us know below.
