The Steam Weekend Deals have begun even though it’s still Thursday. One of those deals involves playing Black Ops II without paying money for it.

Yes, ma’am, Steam’s Weekend Deal is a doozie this time around. You can pick up Black Ops II for $40.19 through Monday, but you don’t have to drop any dough just yet, as the multiplayer portion of the game will be free-to-play on Valve’s platform until 1pm PST on Sunday.

But Weekend Deals come in pairs, and Call of Duty’s counterpart in this instance is indie strategy title Gratuitous Space Battles. That game is also F2P until Sunday at 1pm, and if you want to buy it’s a mere $3.74.

The important part of all this is that you have stuff to play this weekend even if you didn’t buy anything new this week.
