By Brenna Hillier, Tuesday, 5 February 2013 01:03 GMT

StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm is nearly upon us at long, long last, and Blizzard wants to help make your inevitale celebration of this event as easy as possible.

To this end, it has launched a hub page detailing launch events in various territories around the world.

A UK event is yet to be detailed, but Australia’s is in Melbourne and Irvine, California will host the official US launch.

Events will include tournaments, with players, casters and special guests still to be announced.

Heart of the Swarm releases globally on March 12 although timezones mean some of us have to be a little more patient about that date than others.

Sometimes we include links to online retail stores. If you click on one and make a purchase we may receive a small commission. For more information, go here.
